Terms of Service
By using Data Kasa you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language so you know exactly what to expect.
1. What we provide
Data Kasa is a reseller platform for mobile internet bundles on Ghanaian networks. We are not a mobile network operator. Delivery depends on the network and the data provider used for your order.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedi (GH₵) and include our service margin. An order is only fulfilled after the payment gateway confirms your payment to our servers. A pending payment is never treated as a completed purchase.
3. Correct recipient number
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number. We detect the network from the number and warn you about mismatches, but a bundle delivered to a number you typed incorrectly cannot be recovered.
4. Failed orders and refunds
If a payment succeeds but the data cannot be delivered, the order is flagged for our team. We will retry fulfilment or arrange a refund of the amount paid. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.
5. Demo mode
While live payment and data-provider credentials are not connected, the platform runs in clearly labelled demo mode. No money is taken and no data is delivered in that state.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Data Kasa for fraudulent purchases, automated abuse, or resale in breach of a network operator's terms. We may decline or reverse orders that appear fraudulent.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
