Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver a data bundle and support you afterwards.
What we collect
The recipient mobile number, the bundle you chose, the amount paid, and — if you provide it — your email address for receipts. If you create an account we also store your name and any numbers you save.
How we use it
To create and fulfil your order, to verify payment with the gateway, to show you the status of a transaction, and to investigate failed or disputed orders.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, and we do not store card details — payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway. Public transaction lookups only ever show a masked phone number.
Access controls
Customer records are protected by row-level security in our database: you can only read your own orders, and staff access is limited by role. Administrative actions are logged.
Retention
Transaction records are kept for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. You can ask us to delete your account details at any time using the support contacts on the Help page.
